A Fear From Deep Heart

Sometimes I can feel a fear from my deep heart, it makes me feel everything is terrible, and I can't face it. I don't know why I feel like that, but I do feel it.

Is this a feeling of death? or is it something that's quite common in our lives? I don't know. I think I should know more about it, because I don't want it to confuse my life.
