I just bought one from an online store. Everything looks good except one question about the hard disk size. The specs says it's 320gb. However, when I turned on this new one, under Computer screen, the disk shows a total size of 284gb with only 259gb free space. I know that the computer reserves 10 gb for backup use. But the difference between 320 gb and 284 gb is too big. Can anyone explain this? Thanks.
