Maybe you are fortunately to live in decent condition, I mean you have enough money to live a wonderful life, and now you may have already prepared for Christmas Day 2008. But do you know there are still many people have no right to enjoy a real Christmas, when I say they have no right I do mean they are too poor to buy cheap Christmas gifts. Will you be sad to see so many children are eager to have a happy Christmas? Will you show your love when you see how hard they are fighting with poor condition? We can’t ignore their plight.
Good news is there are still many kind-hearted men in the world, they are trying their best to help the poor, especially poor children. You know, I always believe one of my big sources of happiness is helping others, so I’m very happy to help those who need help. Now there is a good plan we can join to help poor children have a warm Christmas this year, it is called Christmas For Payatas. The aim of this action is helping those children enjoy the happiness of Christmas this year. Now let’s watch a video about it.
If you haven’t realized the importance of what I mean, you will change your mind after reading the press release below:
The landfill in Payatas, The Philippines, is notoriously known the world over as Smokey Mountain. For over 35 years, the smoking dump site has grown to become a stark and heart-tugging reminder of the desperate onditions of humanity.
On a daily basis, children pick through newly arrived garbage to
collect material to sell. The earnings made by one child are not enough to even buy food for the day. Hence, entire families are forced to climb the mountain each day, hoping to earn enough to feed everyone. Children as young as four years old are forced to work in this daily struggle for survival. In response to the plight of these children, Totedaddy.com is working with Lighthouse Center For Children Foundation to bring a little cheer to the children this Christmas.
Totedaddy.com has kicked off with a cash sponsorship of USD 10,000 to enable the children to celebrate Christmas. FusionExcel International has also pitched in a USD 5,000 in cash sponsorship. The money raised
will help fund the projects already in place, and help fund additional projects aimed at providing better housing, and a means of livelihood for the Payatas community. It is hoped that by creating better awareness to the plight of these children, more support can be garnered towards their betterment. Together we can bury poverty!
There are many things you can do to show your love, for example, you can donate money or clothes to poor children this Christmas. So now what do you think about this topic? Don’t you think it’s time to do something to show your love? For me, I’m always glad to join all kinds of charitable activities, so this time I’m sure I will join it. You can visit ChristmasForPayatas.com for more information about this plan.
Now let’s wish all children would have a wonderful Christmas this year!
I Break My Promise

I ever promised I would donate $5 dollars to charitable organization every week, but now I have to say I have broken this promise. Now I can only donate $5 every two weeks, because I am expanding my business, so I have to spend most of my money on it. I am sorry for this. Needless to say, I will donate more when my business becomes mature, then I won’t need to spend so much money on it, and I can donate more money to charitable organizations.
I am sure I will keep this promise, just wait and see.
They Don’t Want To Donate Money Because They Think Their Donations Will Be Missused

I posted a discussion on blogcatalog.com about charity, it returns a lot of responses. Most guys suggest me taking care about how my donations will be used. They also express that they don’t want to donate money to charitable organizations because they think their donations will be missused. Well, here is my opinion:
Of course I have to admit that my donations may be missused, this is quite possible. But the point is should we stop donating because of such worry? I totally don’t think so. I think we should continue to donate, if we stop donating, things will be worse. Don’t you think so?
Yeah, everything is not perfect, we couldn’t hope all of our donations will be used on right place and right people, but the fact is most of them do be used properly. If we quit donation because of such things which MAY happen, those people who need help won’t get help at all! If we do that, our humanity will lose in the end. This is the worst thing that I can imagine.
I Am Planning To Donate $5 To Charities Every Week

I couldn’t find the meaning of my life those years, but I have found it now. It is charity! Yeah, I will dedicate to charitable cause and I think it will make my life meaningful. Since helping others is my great wish, I’d better take action from now on.
So I have a plan, I am planning to donate $5 to charitable organizations every week using the revenue generated from my online business. I donated $5 to Habitation Humanity yesterday, I will donate another $5 to American Red Cross next week.
Because I don’t have much money now, I can donate only $5 every week, I will donate more when I have more money in the near future. I hope these money can give some help for those who need them.
If those people can live good lives because of my donation, it will be my greatest pleasure. I do hope all of the people in the world can live free and good lives!
