GammaTech rolls out D12C, a 12.1-Inch convertible laptop with Core i5

GammaTech rolls out a new convertible laptop, D12C, which is a rugged, rigid laptop features a Core i5-540UM processor, as large as 8GB of memory, and 12.1-inch LED-backlit WXGA touchscreen. It also comes with a 1.3 megapixel webcam, WiFi, optional Bluetooth / smart card reader and an integrated carry handle. It is a perfect laptop for using on the go, it has been tested to MIL-STD-810G standards for drop, shock, and spill protection. So you don't need to be careful about it, feel free to drop it on the ground if you like.

The GammaTech D12C has a spill resistant design that sheds water around the keyboard, touchpad, speakers and wireless and power switches, and every last port is fully dust resistant. There is also a 2.5-inch slot suitable for your choice of HDD or SSD.

This tablet is very convertible, the 12.1” WXGA Touch Screen TFT LED backlight display can quickly convert into a Tablet PC. It is a rich, durable and ultra mobile computing device that can meet your mobile use.

As to OS, the D12C comes equipped with Windows 7, of course, you can change other OS version if you want.
