Okay, let me tell you who I am and what I am going to do!
If was running this company, I will treat all of my employees as my family, other than mules. I won’t punish them with money and bad words. Because I know we are family, and our goal is making more money and enjoy more.
The fact is there is a very bad environment in this company, so I don’t think the boss is a good boss.

I graduated from a university in July, 2007. Then I run this blog in September. Now I am working in a pharmaceutical company. But I hate this job, I will quit it in the near future. I would like to run my blog and do some online business.
