Lenovo S21e is a 11.6″ laptop outfitted with an Intel Celeron N2840 2.1 GHz Processor, 2 GB DDR3 RAM, 32 GB SSD Storage, 11.6 inches 1366×768 pixels LED-lit Screen, and Integrated graphics. It is thin, light and perfect for on-the-go consumers looking for an affordable laptop. Yeah, it has become a hot selling laptop at Amazon (price as reviewed: $176), loads of people are crazy about it, so I think I'd better share it with you guys today.

The Lenovo S21e is preinstalled with Windows 8.1, but you can upgrade it to Windows 10 for free. As a 11.6″ laptop, its compact frame makes it an ideal travel companion whether you’re off to another meeting, or another country. At only 2.5 Pounds, you can easily carry it by your side or slip it in a purse or backpack – you’ll barely know it’s there. And with quick responsiveness, you can flip it open and be checking e-mails, playing games, or browsing the Web in mere moments. What's more, the S21e gives you a full AccuType keyboard similar to what we offer on much larger devices. And it even features a wide touchpad so you can scroll, point, and click with ease.

So if you are looking for a super affordable laptop for on-the-go use, I think the Lenovo S21e is a perfect choice.

This is my first day with the little machine, and so far I am very happy with it. I've bought dozens of computers over the years, for both business and personal use, so I am rather picky, and at the same time, rather patient with little differences between products.

Love the screen, its matte finish makes it comfortable to use in all light levels, and the quality of the image is excellent. The keyboard feels good, a quality tactile experience, although I am used to typing on a full sized keyboard and I have to slow down a bit to adapt to this slightly scrunched layout. Setup was painless, and thanks to Google and Chrome, all my browser preferences and bookmarks were there instantly. The first thing I did was download Chrome, as i will not use Internet Explorer if I can avoid it.

As small format Windows PCs go, the machine is better than you'd expect at this price. Not loaded with memory or a really fast processor, the performance is suitable mainly for straightforward websurfing, email, watching some videos, shopping, banking, googling. CPU intensive or memory intensive apps and games will probably not fare all that well on this little guy. But for everyday student-homemaker use, it's great, and I like it much better than a Chromebook for various reasons, one of which is, there are windows apps that won't run on a Chromebook and I am not willing to give those up.
