My Friend Jimmy Invited Me To Work With Him

Yesterday My friend Jimmy told me that he was running an online company, selling T-shirts. He asked me if I was interested in working with him, because he really needed someone to work with him. I haven't given him a reply until now. But I am really interested in how he runs such a company. He told me he was using a shopping cart software to deal with nearly everything for him automatically. What shopping cart he is using is Ashop, it is a commerce software using by many companies.

In fact, I also heard many talking about this software. It  is a leading US provider of hosted shopping cart software. It offers a complete solution for merchants to sell online. I asked Jimmy why did he use this software, he told me that he thought this software is reliable and easy to use. I know he is not good at using complicated softwares. So he choose to us Ashop is very reasonable.

Now he is still waiting for my answer, but I am not sure whether I should quit my job and work with him. You know I am always planning to run my own company. I think I will refuse him.
