My Mother Told Me “Do NOT Touch Girls Unless They Touch You First!”

My mother told me “Do not touch girls unless they touch you first!” when I was 5 years old. I still remember this now. But I am very confused about this. Why can't I touch them first?! Oh, my god! Whatever I think, she is my mother, she will be right. So I keep it in mind till now.

I am not good at making friends with girls, you know, I am a little shy. I am so excited to stay with them that I can't express myself properly. You can easily imagine what will the result be.

Maybe this is why my mother told me don't touch them first. But it's nonsense, I should touch them first, this will be more reasonable. What do you say?
