Best Buy has a sale on this for $380. Think I might pick one up for my mom’s birthday in a couple of months. She’s on an old 1.8ghz celeron hp from 2005.
I too am impressed with the price for my mom who’s currently using a 12 year old XP laptop. But what I’m confused about is Best Buy said Toshiba does not provide a recovery reboot disc for this computer? They want $30 to make us one? When did this start? What does Toshiba expect us to do if we have to reboot? Or is this a way for The Geeks ot make an extra buck? Has anyone else had/has a problem with this?
