Titanic Survivors has become a very hot topic these years, especially with these months. We cared much about Titanic survivors after we watched the movie Titanic. According to someone’s saying, this movie is not exactly the truth, it’s nearly a fiction.  Jack Dawson and Rose DeWitt Bukater, portrayed in the movie by Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet, are almost entirely fictional characters (James Cameron modeled the character of Rose after American artist Beatrice Wood, who had no connection to Titanic history). The movie’s love story is also fiction. It was created by Titanic screenwriter and director James Cameron. In addition to Rose and Jack, a handful of other characters associated with them are fictional as well. They include Rose’s fiancé Caledon ‘Cal’ Hockley (Billy Zane), her mother Ruth (Frances Fisher), Cal’s valet Spicer Lovejoy (David Warner), and the third class passengers, who include Jack’s friends Fabrizio (Danny Nucci) and Tommy (Jason Barry). Some of the third class passengers were modeled after real people. But our passion about Titanic is hotter and hotter. Because tons of people lost their lives, this is a deadly disaster!

One of the most frequently asked questions is How many people survived the Titanic. According to investigation, of the 2,227 passengers and crew members who set sail, only 705 Titanic passengers survived, it means 1522 passengers died in this disaster!

I traveled to Beihai, which is in the south of Guangxi province in China. To be honest, it is a very beautiful place for travel. After 13 hours’ train, we arrived at Nanning, the capital of Guangxi, then 3 hours’ bus, we arrived at our destination, Beihai.

You know, travel is one of the most important parts in my life, so I always try to find free time for travel. Now as a freelancer, I have a lot of free time. I have a long vacation this time, because it is the National Day of China, we have 7 days’ vacation. So travel to a far place becomes a possible thing.

This is the first time I saw the sea. I have been dreaming of it for many times since I was a child. I still remember when I was in high school, our teacher asked us to write an articles. I wrote an article about the sea, he shouted to me “how can write the sea since you haven’t see it?”. I had no answer to him, but I thought in private, can’t I imagine it? Now the sea is in front of me, I feel very exciting. How beautiful it is!

The most famous place for travel is Silver Beach, it is called No 1 Beach In The World. I’ve no idea whether it is true or not, but it is really very beautiful.

I sit on the beach and smell the sea and memory my dream when I was a child, I totally forget who I am and where I shall go, I just feel everything is not important anymore. But such feeling just lasted for several minutes.

It is still a little hot here, because summer hasn’t been over, but I like it. The pity is we didn’t have a good plan for this travel at first, so we stayed at Beihai only for 1 day. You know, I can’t bear leaving it, but I have to.

I believe I will travel to Beihai again this year, maybe in December.
