The Toshiba Satellite is a pretty good product but service from Toshiba is far from hospitable. I asked a simple question, can I increase the RAM on my 6 year old Satellite and if so by how much. I was told that my unit was out of warranty, and if I were to pay an exorbitant amount of money they would accommodate my question. I think a simple question about the ability to upgrade a product should be answered politely and free of charge. My opininion anyway.
