I can't understand why so many people begin to lose weight, they eat many many weight loss pills every day, but eat few food. I notice someone who is not so fat, but they begin to lose weight too. Really, I can't understand. Why so many people become fat? We are living in modern society, we have developed technology, but why can't we control our weights? This is really absurd.
Many of people around me are struggling with fatness, it seems that all their lives belong to fatness.
In my opinion, the secret to lose weight is eat food as usual, there is no need to restrict your food, you just eat when it is meal time, don't eat if it is not meal time.
