Latest Toshiba Satellite A505-S6035 15.6-Inch Laptop Review

Toshiba Satellite A505-S6035 is a 15.6-inch laptop equipped with a 1.6GHz Intel CoreTM i7-720QM Processor, 4GB DDR3 1066MHz, and 500GB (5400 RPM) SATA hard drive. It sports a 16.0-inch diagonal widescreen TruBrite® TFT LCD display at 1366 x 768 native resolution (HD), NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M with 1GB GDDR3 discrete graphics memory, Super Multi DVD Burner, HDMI port, webcam, WiFi N, 802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN, and 6-Cell Battery. The laptop runs on Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit operating system. Needless to say, such a configuration is good enough for our daily use, people are very happy with it.

As a high-configured 15.6″ laptop, the Toshiba Satellite A505-S6035 is great for watching movies, it is an ideal entertainment laptop, The display is a 16″ HD TruBrite LCD screen with a resolution of 1366 x 768. The 16:9 aspect ratio means it’s perfect for 720p HD content. The graphics engine driving the display is the NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M. You'll have wonderful experience with this notebook.

The Good: Never had a bluescreen. Never had any problem. The laptop is running a triple monitor setup at 3840 x 1024. and it runs my BlueTiger racing simulator. I love this much power, in this small a package, for this low a price.

The Bad: The screen revolution is kinda low as everyone said, but it is acceptable. (I use a external monitor at most time) The shiny material inside and outside of the laptop are really easy to get scratches and fingerprints, I would prefer the regular flat material more.
