  • The original 11.6″ MBA, but at half the price. It’s only drawback being it’s poor battery life of roughly 3.5 hours in real world use. Still this little gem is more than adequate for most peoples mobile needs and more than holds it’s own in late 2011. The K625 in the 5448 is superior to the new E-350 and E-450, but it’s also much less efficient and runs really hot. The HD4200 graphics wont play crysis, but it will handle HD video and old games effortlessly which is more than adequate for an 11.6″ notebook. With the addition of a nice SSD for $100- $150 it is just as capable and stealthy as a MBA costing twice as much and is a steal at $450.
