Auction-A Better Business Form?

You may notice that auction is more and more popular these years. There are all kinds of auctions. And of course there are more and more auction sites. The famous one is eBay, people from all over the world auction there. Some people even can't live without eBay.

It seems that we'd like to buy things from auction. For example, if we want to buy arts, we may refer to Park West at Sea, which conducts cruise ship art auctions around the world. If we want to buy cars, we may refer to some car auction sites.

Now I can't help thinking, is auction a better business form?
