I received this computer in June 2010. It came with a 1 yr warrantee (standard). About 8 mos later, I was trying to make the screen non-glare and it didn’t seem to take but it was ok. About the same time, I was having a hard time with my HDD. I contacted Dell and they did some troubleshooting with my laptop and they actually sent someone out to replace it! :D I actually thought they would send me the part and it was up to me to find an authorized rep to have it installed on my dime. Not the issue. Even though every time I called-in it went to India and they were sometimes hard to understand, I am overall happy. I got what I needed fixed. This all happened when I had multiple anti-virus services on there. Go with one company like AVG and all services they offer (recommended). My computer runs like a top and better then ever!

Unfortunately, there is no bluetooth in this laptop. In fact, bluetooth is not necessary at all, we don’t need it anymore.
