Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E420 1141-A24 is a 14-inch laptop outfitted with a 2.3GHz Intel® Core™ i5-2410M Intel® Core™ i5-2410M processor, 4GB DDR3 SDRAM (8GB max), and 500GB HDD hard drive. The laptop highlights a 14.0″ diagonal LCD Display at 1366×768 resolution, and Intel HD Graphics 3000.
